Computer-recycling.it aim to reuse all of the office equipment we receive.
Not only does this limit all waste that ends up in landfill (breaking down and recycling components results in waste even though this may be minimal), but it also ensures that communities, schools, medical centres etc get cheaper good quality equipment, and underprivileged groups get to use some of our refurbished equipment brightening their prospects and giving them the same opportunities more developed countries have.
Some of computer-recycling.it recent projects include:
- A batch of HP Laserjet 8100n printers were refurbished and sent to be used in a South African school.
- A batch of Dell Optiplex GX110 computers went to a youth community project in London.
- A batch of Dell Optiplex GX260 computers were sent to Pakistan.
- A batch of HP Laserjet 4250dtn printers went to a medical centre in High Wycombe.
The above was all recycled from one UK client, and from just one of their offices.
Computer-recycling.it have refurbished other equipment from this office that include fax machines, telecommunications headsets, and a host of other office equipment not just in the UK but abroad.
